Problem: Healthcare employees need practice recognizing potential HIPAA violations and determining the appropriate response.
Approach: Scenario-based learning that places learners in a realistic investigation requiring them to evaluate evidence and make decisions

Assessment Strategy & Design—A thorough guide to planning, developing, and writing assessments
Role: Assessment strategy leader
Problem: The development team needed a consistent, research-informed approach to assessment planning, development, and item writing.
Approach: Developed a comprehensive, easy-to-navigate guide that translated assessment principles and best practices into practical guidelines for content developers.
